The Lariat adds simulated leather upholstery, dual-zone automatic climate control, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, a power-sliding rear windows and second-row USB ports. The Lariat adds proximity keyless entry and keyless ignition. The FX4 Off-Road package adds hill descent control.

The base package features a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine combined with a mild hybrid system, and the total output is 191 horsepower and 155 pound-feet of torque. This engine is paired with a continuously variable transmission that sends power to the front wheels. Option for the 2022 Ford Maverick in Mount Dora with all trim levels is a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that makes 250 hp and 277 lb.-ft. This engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission that can be configured for either front- or all-wheel drive. The 4K Towing package is available with all configurations. Most setups can two up to 2,000 pounds. If you want to tow up to 4,000 pounds, you must select the more powerful engine and all-wheel drive.
