The all electric 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E is billed as "the future of exhilaration," and it does a lot to live up to that billing. It earns the right to be called the first Ford-backed design that was meant to be all electric from the very beginning, and we can't think of a more electrifying model in Ford's history than the Mustang. It's a class each and every year. Exterior - 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E
While we all love the interior of our Mustangs, it's the exterior that really gets people in the mood to drive, and our 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E review needs to mention that this Mustang is unlike anything you've ever seen before. It's not a complete departure from the Mustangs style points, but it's going to throw in surprises left and right to keep you excited. For starters, it's not a muscle car. Instead, it's features an SUV body about the same style as an Escape, so you've got a completely different mindset here. In many a 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E review, we've heard it described as "taut and sporty," and we'd agree with that description. Official colors really work up an appetite to own one of these: Rapid Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat, Star White Metallic Tri-coat, and Iconic Silver, to name only three of a large color menu.
Interior - 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E in Mount Dora
The technology inside the all electric 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E is nothing short of breathtaking, with a "phone as key" philosophy that puts you in complete control of your interior adjustments via your smartphone. Adjust seats, mirrors, lighting, and even your instrument panel all from the confines of your phone. The specs on your touchscreen haven't been released, but the visual evidence shows a monster portrait fixed touchscreen that is going to serve as your Mustang Mach-E command center. From there, you can adjust all of your comforts at the click of a button. Choose a drive mode: Unbridled, Engage, or Whisper (details on what those modes mean will come later). You get an innovative two-trunk system, too, for cargo space. The first is affectionately known as a "Frunk" and gives you 4.8 cubic feet of space, while the larger of the two trunks gives you a generous 29 cubic feet of space.
Mechanical - Ford Mustang Mach-E specs in Mount Dora
Entry level range for the 75.7-kWh battery features a strong 230 mile range, but things don't end there. Your maximum range with the Mach-E is a comfortable 300 miles, and that's a mighty impressive number for Ford's first go at this. Electric all-wheel drive is available on the Mach-E, giving you solid power distributed to the right wheels at the right time for a superb corning and handling experience. It's a smooth drive that will really get your heart racing, and you have the practical peace of mind that comes from knowing you have a solid mile range here near Orlando Clermont Stanford. Powertrain - 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E dealer
Powertrain details are scarce at this point, but we did get the specs of the GT trim's performance: 459 horsepower and 612 lbs-ft of torque. That's a GT-worthy powertrain and one that we can't wait to welcome to our Mount Dora Ford dealership. You'll find that it accelerates from 0-60 is a pulse pounding 3.5 seconds.
Safety - 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E dealer
